A 25-person startup

World-class at monetization. We built what they monetize.

The situation

A startup of world-class digital marketing and monetization experts. They knew how to win traffic and turn attention into revenue. What they didn't have was a product team to build the consumer experiences that expertise deserved.

The work

We built engaging consumer web apps that gave their marketing and monetization engine something to execute against, shipped at the pace an AI-native studio makes possible. For the key product, we also brought in the top monetization source in its category.

The outcome

A $10M+ annual revenue run rate. Profitable.

02 · Launch

A 100-person division of a tech company

Innovation at speed, proven with working products.

The situation

The team was focused where it had to be: the existing line of business and its legacy products. Leadership wanted to show the organization what innovation at speed looks like, and the proof had to be working products, not a slide deck.

The work

Rapid-cycle new product development running alongside the existing business. We took concepts to working software the team could hold, building with AI at every stage to compress months of conventional development into weeks.

The outcome

Three prototypes and two fully functioning betas, including a rich, full-featured mobile app. In under two months.
